Here's today's Guardian Guide cover that I've just created. Its for an article on the new movie from Matt Damon and Neil Blomkamp (the director of District 9). Set in the year 2154, where the very wealthy live on a man-made space station while the rest of the population resides on a ruined Earth, Damon's character takes on a mission that could bring equality to the polarized worlds.
I tried to give the cover a bold, political poster like feel with earth represented as a scuzzy, ruined, damaged (but defiant) planet and the Elyssuim space station as a perfect glowing beacon. Click on the image enlarge...
